There is no such thing as "JUST A FEATHER PLUCKER"!!!!!! Though this is not common knowledge. It is common more often than not. It affects both birds and their human owners alike. Both can be injured by inhalation or ingestion and in some cases can be lethal and cause a multitude of symptoms.
